What Are Cable Railing Made Of?

Great question! use cable railings are built with strong, high-quality stainless steel—everything from the cables and posts to the handrails and fittings.

T304Stainless: Perfect for most standard uses.

T316Stainless: Highly recommended if you're near the coast or in humid climates. It offers extra corrosion resistance and holds up beautifully outdoors.

What's the Safe Spacing for Cable Railing Cables and Posts?

Getting the spacing right is super important—it keeps your railing safe, sturdy, and up to code!

📏 Cable Spacing:
Cables should be tight and evenly spaced to prevent sagging.They should always follow the "4-inch sphere rule"—meaning no gap wider than 4 inches to keep things safe (especially for kids and pets!).
📍 Post Spacing:
Metal posts: Typically placed 3–4 feet apart, and never more than 4.5 feet.

A quick heads-up: Sometimes weather, holidays, or other unexpected stuff might cause small delays. Also, depending on what you order, your items might come in more than one box—but no worries, they’ll be on their way to you soon!

What’s Your Return Policy?

We want returns to be easy and fair—here’s the lowdown:

✅ Items must be unused and in original condition.

🔧 Unfortunately, we can’t accept items that have been installed, used, or damaged.

📦 Return full kits only—partial or incomplete returns aren’t eligible for refunds.

✂️ Cut cable spools or opened partial materials can’t be returned.

If anything’s missing from the kit, we’ll deduct the retail value of those pieces from your refund.
