At Cablura, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your products within 30 days of receiving your order under the following conditions:

  • Return Window: The 30-day return period starts from the date of delivery (signing of the package).

  • Non-Quality Issues: If the return is not due to a product defect or quality issue, the customer will be responsible for covering the return shipping cost.

  • Quality Issues: If the product is defective or damaged upon receipt, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Refund Process

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
